Service Areas

Telephone, communications, electric and service sink closets have been located in the core area of each floor to minimize interference with your use of office areas.  They are considered an integral part of the Building’s mechanical systems and are not to be used for storage or any purpose other than their designed use.  Personnel requiring access for repair or installation work must apply to the Property Management Office.  Major installations, especially those involving a telephone contractor who has not previously performed work in the Building, must be coordinated with the Property Management Office in advance.  In all cases, Certificates of Insurance are required of the contractor engaged in such repair or maintenance work.
