FDNY Inspection on floor 18

We have been advised that an Inspector from the New York Fire Department is scheduled to be on site on Friday, September 23 in order to conduct an inspection and test of Class E / Life Safety devices on floor 18. The start time of this inspection is estimated to be approximately 6 p.m.

During the period that the Fire Department Inspector is on site and performing the inspection & test, the following may be observed and or heard:

*Fire tone
*Inquiry tone
*Flashing of strobes
*Unlocking of doors conned to the Class "E" system
*Opening of main lobby turnstiles
*Elevator recall and or Fan shutdown (this action may include base building fans as well as tenant dedicated units)

While the Inspector is on site, a check of a device on another floor may be performed if the Inspector elects.

Announcements will be made prior to the commencement of the inspection as well as at its conclusion.
